Create evaluation tooling to validate AI accuracy and prevent regressions before they reach customers.
Translate customer behaviors into technical designs by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Influence technology direction across multiple teams and domains to solve hard, cross-cutting problems.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
Full-stack development experience with AI technologies and tools applied to user experiences or backend solutions.
Experience with AI technologies including SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
Prior working experience in teams that have built AI native applications for 1+ years.
Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular (preferred).
Experience with back-end technologies like Java, Typescript, Spring, or Express (NodeJS) (preferred).
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related area (preferred).
