What we're looking for

8+ years of experience developing systems and software for large business environments.
5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications.
Hands-on experience integrating AI into production software using commoditized AI tools and agentic workflows.
Experience using AI evaluation tools and shipping AI features to production.
Full-stack experience with modern AI/ML platforms, LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and Python.
Proficiency in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin) or back-end language (Java, TypeScript, Spring, Node.js).
Production experience in AWS or GCP.
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
