What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience developing systems and software for large business environments.
5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications.
Hands-on experience integrating AI into production software using commoditized tools and agentic workflows.
Experience using AI evaluation tools to validate and measure accuracy in production features.
Full-stack experience with Python and modern AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Bedrock), LLM APIs, and vector databases.
Proficiency in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin) or back-end technology (Java, TypeScript, Spring, Node.js).
Production experience in AWS or GCP environments.
