Staff Software Engineer, Identity Lifecycle Engineering

What you'll do

• Design, build, and manage scalable and resilient Identity Governance solutions.
• Drive enterprise adoption of RBAC, ABAC, and SOD controls.
• Implement Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning for identity management.
• Build backend APIs and services to expose identity capabilities to web, mobile, and partner applications.
• Develop and maintain professional system design, processes, and program documentation for Identity and Access Management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Integrate identity governance platforms with systems like ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, and cloud platforms.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience developing Identity Governance and Access Management solutions for large enterprises at scale.
• 3+ years of experience with architecture and design.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• Extensive experience with identity governance platforms such as Sailpoint, Saviynt, or Okta.
• Proven ability to implement and develop workflows for joiner, mover, leaver, approval, and provisioning tasks.
• Experience in security protocols including Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Experience integrating identity governance platforms with systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, and cloud platforms.
• Fluency in at least one modern language such as Java, Go, or Python.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, or Bash.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks (preferred).
