Staff Software Engineer, AI Solutions

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions and custom MCP tooling within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate and orchestrate third-party Large Language Models like OpenAI and Google Gemini to drive intelligent automation.
• Architect and build custom Agentic solutions that can perceive, reason, plan, act, and learn.
• Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using APIs and scripting.
• Identify AI adoption opportunities and experiment with emerging technologies to deliver innovative business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow configurations and AI components to ensure reliable operation.
• Author comprehensive technical design and build documentation for all facets of the technical infrastructure.
• Analyze and evaluate agent behavior to identify risks and address ethical challenges in autonomous AI systems.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years with an Advanced degree, 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of professional experience with AI-powered solutions and a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree.
• Must have demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven functionalities integrated with ServiceNow.
• Must have proven experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, REST, SOAP, and HTML.
• Must have strong Python skills and hands-on experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of APIs, web services, and standard relational database concepts.
• Must have a strong technical background in ServiceNow-specific development tools, frameworks, and the CMDB.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable (preferred).
