What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of software engineering experience, or 6 years of software engineering experience.
Must have significant experience building modern full stack applications and leading technical architecture for large-scale platforms.
Must be proficient in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend architecture including state management and performance optimization.
Must have backend experience with Java (JDK 21), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, Cassandra, and distributed systems.
Must have experience building cloud-native applications across Azure, GCP, or private cloud environments with a focus on reliability and scalability.
Must have experience designing or integrating AI-powered applications, LLM-based workflows, or Agentic AI solutions.
Experience building or contributing to payments, financial services, lending, fintech, marketplace, or international payment platforms (preferred).
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
