What you'll do

Architect and build highly distributed, large-scale systems for clinician-facing experiences and performance management.
Lead technical initiatives to solve complex enterprise problems while ensuring system maintainability and scalability.
Design, build, and maintain business-critical software using modern technologies and techniques.
Deliver incremental value through iterative, customer-focused releases.
Research, propose, and adopt leading-edge technologies to improve systems.
Mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership to raise the engineering bar.
Develop solutions that meet cross-organizational needs for various stakeholders.

What we're looking for

7–10 years of work experience.
Strong foundation in software engineering including problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, and concurrency.
Experience as a polyglot software engineer with proficiency in at least one of C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, or Python.
6+ months of experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems end-to-end in production environments.
Experience with full-stack development, modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Bachelor's degree preferred; specialized training or relevant professional qualification also accepted.
