What we're looking for
Proven track record as a Staff or senior-level lead engineer with expertise in distributed backend systems and pragmatic full-stack capabilities.

Practical experience productionizing LLM frameworks, agentic architectures, and RAG systems.

Advanced data engineering skills in SQL, warehouse modeling, pipeline design, and managing consistency across relational and NoSQL systems.

Experience in Fintech, revenue systems, or operating within SOX/PCI control environments (preferred).
Experience building internal platforms or operator tooling for non-technical business users (preferred).
