Staff Software Engineer - Engineer will join the ML Data & Backend team as a Senior Software Engineer to architect mission-critical systems powering a global marketplace. What you'll do

Manage MLOps and ML infrastructure including container orchestration, data pipelines, and distributed workflows.

What we're looking for

9+ years of experience building ML models to solve business problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience developing foundational models or LLMs for large-scale applications like marketplace systems or recommendation engines.
Solid understanding of core machine learning algorithms and the infrastructure required to train and serve them.
Proven track record in MLOps and ML Infrastructure, including Kubernetes, data pipelines, and distributed workflow systems.
Proven track record of owning distributed backend systems end-to-end in production environments with high availability requirements (preferred).
Strong fluency in system trade-offs between consistency, availability, latency, and operational cost (preferred).
