Develop and validate optimization approaches using experiments and production guardrails.
Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering and SRE teams to ensure high availability and security of the tech stack.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Deep understanding of infrastructure capacity and performance with strong command of system and hardware fundamentals like CPU, memory, and OS scheduling.
Experience leading efficiency initiatives at scale on Kubernetes or other large-scale shared infrastructure.
Proficiency in software development languages including Java, Python, and C++.
Strong technical skills using profiling tools such as perf and async-profiler to root-cause complex problems.
Experience building and managing highly available distributed applications at scale.
Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflow while maintaining high standards for verification and data validation.
