You will also partner with engineers across Consumer & Business to identify shared infrastructure opportunities and reduce duplication. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of backend software engineering experience, deep proficiency in a language like Go or Java, and a proven track record of designing systems where financial correctness is paramount.

Track record of mentoring engineers and elevating standards for design reviews, code quality, and incident response.
