What we're looking for

8+ years of iOS or Android mobile software engineering experience in Swift/iOS or Kotlin/Android.
Working proficiency in the other mobile platform with a willingness to develop cross-platform fluency.
Proven track record optimizing complex UI systems for rendering, network efficiency, and state management at scale.
Experience leading technical strategy for a product area, including architecture decisions and cross-team alignment.
Demonstrated success mentoring senior engineers and improving team engineering standards and delivery velocity.
Experience with high-availability, low-latency systems such as trading platforms or financial systems (preferred).
Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency.
