What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Strong engineering experience with Kotlin or Swift, architecture patterns, performance, testing, and production-quality app delivery.
Ability to contribute across the full stack, including mobile, backend services, APIs, Order Lifecycle systems, and web frontend.
Hands-on use of AI-powered developer tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery speed.
Understanding of AI application concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
