Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, MongoDB) and event-driven architectures like Apache Kafka.
Experience mentoring engineers, setting technical standards, and leading project visions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High school diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience).
