Staff Software Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect and code software applications using advanced technical expertise to oversee digital solutions.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet specific business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical input on feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability during solution design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality to deliver high-quality code.
• Mentor junior developers to improve their technical skills and support their professional growth.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.
