What you'll do

  • Lead technical direction of new AI products to empower staff and improve member experiences.

  • Strengthen underlying infrastructure for AI products including segmentation, retrieval, and data organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to ensure accuracy and alignment of AI solutions.

  • Ensure quality and security by applying secure development practices and leading testing efforts.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum eight years of software design and production coding experience.
  • Expertise in secure development practices and scalable solutions across multiple environments.
  • Proficiency with Python, .NET, C#, node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and CI/CD tools.
  • Deep understanding of TDD, testing methodologies, and git branching standards.
