Staff Security Engineer, Proactive Security

What you'll do

• Lead the technical direction and roadmap for hardening Dasher Security Products.
• Build "paved road" security controls directly into Dasher products to ensure a resilient delivery network.
• Develop features for application hardening, anti-app reversing, and payment security within the global Dasher ecosystem.
• Execute AI-enabled vulnerability discovery and automated remediation to protect against sophisticated adversaries.
• Design scalable, AI-enabled threat modeling processes for product security engineering.
• Lead root cause analysis for security incidents and develop long-term roadmaps for remediation.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers while enforcing high standards for software engineering and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer at an internet scale organization.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in AI, Account, and Product Security across B2C, B2B, and B2V segments.
• Experience building security controls using object-oriented languages such as Go or Java.
• Hands-on experience securing large-scale consumer application ecosystems with millions of daily transactions.
• Expertise in designing scalable, AI-enabled threat modeling and automated remediation.
• Strong analytical skills to lead root cause analysis for security incidents and develop long-term roadmaps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead cross-functional engineering and product teams.
