JOB TITLE: Staff Salesforce Developer The Staff Salesforce Developer joins the Business Systems team to build and improve the internal systems supporting growth, legal, and deployment operations. What you'll do

  • Design and customize scalable Salesforce solutions on the Government Cloud Plus platform.
  • Automate business processes using Flow, Formulas, Validation Rules, and other native automation tools.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and SSO.
  • Configure CRMA analytics dashboards and manage data recipes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, configurations, and customizations.
  • Migrate changes from development and testing environments to production and conduct smoke testing.
  • Provide technical support to end-users to foster self-sufficiency and platform adoption.
  • Perform data updates and migrations using Data Loader and manage backup and recovery tools.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud and Government Cloud.
  • Experience with CRMA tools and methodologies including CRM Analytics, Tableau CRM, and Einstein Analytics.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch classes, Flow, and other Salesforce automation tools.
  • Development experience in UI technologies including Bootstrap, Lightning Design System, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and SSO.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
  • Salesforce Developer I and II certifications (preferred).
  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience (preferred).
  • NetSuite integrations and solution architect experience (preferred).
