What you'll do

Architect and develop enterprise-grade Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and SOQL.
Design and build scalable Java Spring Boot APIs and microservices to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.
Develop robust integrations using REST, SOAP, event-driven patterns, and middleware technologies.
Lead technical design and code reviews to establish standards for architecture, security, and performance.
Create reusable frameworks and components to improve developer productivity and platform maintainability.
Drive DevOps practices including source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and release automation.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, architecture coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Translate strategic business objectives into scalable technical solutions while communicating technical tradeoffs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications on the Salesforce platform.
Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and platform architecture.
Strong experience building and supporting production-grade APIs and services using Java and Spring Boot.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, data architecture, governor limits, and integration patterns.
Proficiency with Git, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Integration Architect (preferred).
