As the Staff Product Quality Engineer for actuators, you will lead a team of quality engineers and collaborate closely with product engineering, manufacturing, production, and supplier teams to ensure high-quality electro-mechanical actuator products. Your responsibilities include managing technical design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification, as well as driving continuous improvement in first pass yield and scrap reduction. You will own the end-to-end quality of components and assemblies from early design through field sustainment, establish metrics for quality performance, and conduct root cause analysis. The ideal candidate has expertise in mechanical engineering, product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality management, with a focus on electro-mechanical hardware systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Jira, Tableau, Altium, and actuators, along with Six Sigma Black Belt certification and DFSS experience.
