What you'll do

  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Define and execute product build and inspection requirements for customer quality needs.
  • Lead non-conformance review process, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage Root Cause and Corrective Action processes for integration issues and incidents.
  • Support incoming inspection processes and maintain quality documentation and metrics.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in complex assembly and production processes.
  • Working knowledge of quality management in defense or other highly regulated environments (AS9100).
  • Proven ability to partner with Manufacturing Engineering, chief engineers, development engineers, and customer-facing teams.
  • Previous experience working with PLM and MES systems.
  • Secret security clearance required.
