Manufacturing Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and document the end-to-end quality program for a prototype robotic assembly line.
• Define quality standards and inspection criteria for parts and sub-assemblies.
• Establish and manage supplier quality functions, including qualification and audits.
• Develop in-line quality control processes, including incoming inspection and validation.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions for build issues and failures.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of quality engineering experience in hardware, robotics, or similar complex electromechanical domains.
• Direct experience establishing and managing supplier quality programs including qualification and audits.
• Proven ability to design and implement quality control plans for prototype assembly lines.
• Expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA development, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Fluency with APQP, PPAP, MSA, GR&R, control plans, and digital quality management platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
