What you'll do

Own and execute calibration procedures for production and development assets.
Review engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, and inspection work.
Verify and inspect incoming parts such as PCBAs, COTS, and mechanical components.
Ensure accurate documentation of non-conformances and corrective actions.
Trend quality metrics and lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
2+ years of experience with PCBAs, electrical assemblies, or electronics manufacturing.
Experience working in AS9100 environment (preferred).
Ability to interpret PCB schematics, layouts, and mechanical components drawings.
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and component-level troubleshooting.
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
