What you'll do

  • Deliver fiscal year goals for reducing fraud losses and false-positive rates in bill payment and payroll transactions.
  • Define the risk decisioning strategy by determining how models, rules, and signals combine to approve or block transactions.
  • Evaluate and integrate new data vendors and internal sources to improve decision accuracy and coverage.
  • Develop features and signals to assess the risk of transaction counterparties like payees, vendors, and employees.
  • Advance AI-native decisioning systems while ensuring low latency, reliability, and clear explainability for automated decisions.
  • Track and report key performance metrics including loss rates, model precision, recall, and decision latency.
  • Prioritize and manage delivery timelines across data science, engineering, risk policy, and compliance teams.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex, technical, multi-team initiatives and accountability for measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven track record building risk/fraud decisioning strategies including loss and false-positive outcome management.
  • Experience partnering with data science and ML teams to develop, evaluate, and productionize models.
  • Experience evaluating, integrating, and operationalizing third-party and internal data via data vendors and pipelines.
  • Strong technical fluency in real-time/streaming decisioning, APIs, data infrastructure, and experimentation.
  • Quantitative rigor including analytics and A/B testing to size opportunities and prove impact.
  • Experience in payments, fraud, risk, or another high-scale financial domain.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
