What you'll do

Define and execute product strategies for carrier onboarding, performance management, and fraud prevention.
Develop state-of-the-art fraud detection mechanisms and risk mitigation tools to protect the marketplace.
Build seamless carrier onboarding experiences that balance user liquidity with security requirements.
Translate user needs and business opportunities into detailed product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
Leverage AI tools and data science to accelerate research, prototyping, and feature development.
Analyze market trends and internal metrics to inform high-ROI product decisions.
Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and impact metrics to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketplace growth products to increase active carrier supply.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8+ years of Product Management experience developing and deploying products that scale.
Ability to leverage SQL and AI research strategies to pull data and insights for problem-solving.
Strong customer empathy and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized roadmap.
Curiosity for marketplace/network development and AI advancements in the logistics industry.
Experience developing ML models (preferred).
Experience with Marketplace experimentation methods (preferred).
Strong data analytical skills (preferred).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including comfort presenting to and pushing back on executive stakeholders (preferred).
