What you'll do

  • Define a cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences and translate strategy into team priorities.

  • Define success metrics and use funnel analysis to improve activation, conversion, and repeat engagement.
  • Conduct discovery and experiments to prioritize opportunities and support responsible access to credit.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling products in fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or similar complex environments.
  • Experience independently setting direction for a substantial product area and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences with a high bar for interaction design and clear communication.
  • Ability to connect long-term opportunities to practical product and platform decisions while working effectively with engineers.
  • Experience using customer research, behavioral data, and well-designed experiments to prioritize opportunities and evaluate tradeoffs.
  • Ability to bring structure to open-ended problems and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience with credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered consumer experiences (preferred).
