What you'll do

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to identify customer needs.
  • Establish a clear product vision and set of priorities that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Define the systems, capabilities, and product foundations for core banking products and platforms.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure products are built correctly.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products.
  • 7+ years of product management experience (preferred).
  • Superb product and business sense.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience in fintech products (preferred).
