What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent.
- Experience owning a shared ML or AI platform with internal engineering and product teams as customers.
- Success shipping AI/ML products into production on high-traffic consumer surfaces involving retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems.
- Technical credibility to engage substantively on representation learning, experiment design, model architecture, and infrastructure tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams in ambiguous spaces.
- Experience with governance and lifecycle discipline including managing technical debt and infrastructure cost tradeoffs.
- Strong strategic judgment and executive communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear positions.
