Staff Product Manager, Model Lifecycle & Management

What you'll do

• Own and drive the Signal Lifecycle product roadmap including ML Flywheel infrastructure and model onboarding.
• Develop a unified backbone for ML Signal Management with consistent metadata and API access across systems.
• Partner with ML Engineering to automate retraining, evaluation, and deployment pipelines to reduce iteration time.
• Manage measurement infrastructure including golden dataset strategy, prevalence measurement, and performance dashboards.
• Design and implement experimentation frameworks to evaluate model performance at scale.
• Lead cross-functional signal strategies involving Content Safety, Enforcement Systems, Data Science, and Operations teams.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning or managing ML platforms, model lifecycle infrastructure, or ML tooling.
• Strong data fluency including precision, recall, and evaluation methodology.
• Proficiency in SQL for self-serve data investigation and analysis.
• Demonstrated systems thinking with complex interconnected infrastructure serving multiple teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional decisions across engineering, data science, and product stakeholders.
• Excellent communication of complex ML and infrastructure concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience.
