What you'll do

Lead product strategy and execution for AI Personalization across Airbnb's customer support ecosystem.
Own the full-stack systems that enable AI to deliver personalized responses to guests and hosts.
Partner with data science and ML teams to identify high-signal personalization signals for user needs.
Define KPIs, design experiments, and translate results into clear product decisions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with ML engineers to improve accuracy, latency, and scalability of AI systems.
Scale personalization infrastructure across multiple Airbnb surfaces while ensuring extensibility.

What we're looking for

9+ years of industry experience with BS/Masters or 6+ years with PhD in AI/ML platforms at consumer scale.
Deep expertise in personalization systems, contextual data retrieval, and LLM architectures.
Track record of building foundational platform products powering multiple downstream experiences.
Experience designing and interpreting A/B experiments for complex AI systems.
Proven ability to synthesize ambiguous signals into clear product decisions.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align teams around a shared vision.
Experience shipping consumer-facing AI products with personalization at core.
