Manager, Product Management, Finance Solutions

What you'll do

• Design and improve core finance systems including ERP platforms, cost accounting, and data pipelines for FP&A reporting.
• Translate complex requirements from Finance and Operations stakeholders into configured, documented software solutions instead of manual workarounds.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects involving entity setups, inventory costing, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay improvements.
• Build data models and controls to connect transactional systems with analytics for faster month-end closes.
• Drive automation and self-service tools to eliminate manual reconciliation tasks for finance partners.
• Establish standards for change management, testing, and documentation to ensure system scalability.
• Act as the primary bridge between Finance teams and Engineering/Data teams to align technical decisions with accounting needs.
• Mentor analysts and establish high standards for how financial systems are managed and executed.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of experience in finance systems, finance operations, technical accounting, or a related field.
• Must have 5+ years of experience managing a group of product managers or business system analysts.
• Must have demonstrated experience designing and implementing end-to-end finance solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Must possess a strong grounding in accounting fundamentals including general ledger, cost accounting, revenue, and month-end close mechanics.
• Must have a proven track record leading cross-functional projects across Finance, Operations, and technical teams.
• Must be comfortable working with data at scale using SQL or equivalent tools to manage data models and reconciliations.
• Must possess a builder's mindset capable of operating in ambiguity and prioritizing solutions in fast-changing environments.
