Configure and maintain NetSuite features such as Advanced Billing, Subscription Billing, and Collection Management.
Troubleshoot data flow and integration errors between Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro to ensure data accuracy.
Utilize NetSuite AI and GenAI tools to automate manual reconciliations and detect transaction anomalies.
Create dashboards using SuiteAnalytics and RevPro Analytics to provide visibility into billing and revenue metrics.
Support SOX compliance, financial audits, and month-end close processes for accounts receivable and deferred revenue.
What we're looking for
You must have 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions.
You must be able to manage revenue recognition configurations in Zuora RevPro, including POB, SSP, and ASC 606 compliance.
You must have hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SavedSearch, and Report building.
You must be able to troubleshoot data flow and integration errors between Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro.
You must be able to use SuiteAnalytics, Workbooks, and RevPro Analytics to create dashboards and actionable insights.
You must be able to support compliance, audit, and SOX reporting requirements for revenue and billing processes.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience is required.
Zuora RevPro Certification, NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification, CSPO, or CBAP certification are preferred; knowledge of IPaaS solutions like Celigo or Boomi is an advantage.
