What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering with a focus on automation.
Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably NX or similar.
Strong DFM/DFA knowledge and experience applying it to automated production.
Familiarity with automated manufacturing technologies including robotics, CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and automated inspection.
Track record of leading end-to-end automated process development across multiple production lines.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export controlled information or facilities.
15+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering with a focus on automation (preferred); experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (preferred).
