What you'll do

Develop and improve cutting-edge machine learning models using large-scale structured and unstructured data.
Build and productionize machine learning pipelines for both batch and real-time use cases at scale.
Design and optimize end-to-end ranking algorithms to meet critical business objectives.
Create reusable, high-performing machine learning systems using internal and third-party infrastructure.
Implement features such as model interpretability, hyperparameter optimization, and concept drift detection.
Translate product requirements into technical specifications for machine learning models.
Manage the full lifecycle of model deployment including A/B testing and performance monitoring.
Develop high-volume data pipelines to support search and recommendation systems.

What we're looking for

Must have 9+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning.
Must possess an MS or PhD in a relevant field.
Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of ML best practices, algorithms (neural networks/deep learning), and domains like NLP or computer vision.
Experience with 3 or more technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or Hive.
Experience building end-to-end Machine Learning infrastructure and productionizing models at scale.
Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale software applications such as well-designed APIs and high-volume data pipelines.
Experience with test-driven development, A/B testing, and incremental delivery.
