Staff, Integrated Program Planner, Level 4

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to reflect contractual scope and resources.
• Ensure integration between IMS, IMP, and other supplemental schedules for accurate execution.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments to mitigate potential delays.
• Provide planning support during monthly management rhythms and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Generate IMS reports and metrics, presenting information to internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 5 years of professional experience in planning/scheduling
• Experience using program planning tools like Microsoft Project or Open Plan Professional
• Ability to brief internal and external customers effectively
• Familiarity with DCMA DECM Metrics and Earned Value Management
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an Interim Secret clearance, able to obtain Final Secret clearance
• Knowledge of Corporate PPMP requirements and SSC PPM-IP document
• Experience in schedule risk assessments and resource-loaded schedules
