What you'll do

  • Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor program progress.
  • Analyze IMS data to identify performance issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by coordinating with various teams.
  • Ensure compliance with EIA-748 guidelines for scheduling processes.
  • Generate schedule metrics and reports related to Earned Value requirements.
  • Coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules.
  • Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are met according to contract.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Experience with project management schedule networking tools like Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project.
  • Proficient in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining fully networked Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Strong communication skills for working effectively within a team and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
