What you'll do

  • Interface with the customer to define and execute processes for tracking external action items.
  • Track team’s weekly priorities and ensure progress towards meeting them.
  • Coordinate with Cost Account Manager to track weekly IMS burndown and baseline adherence.
  • Define and execute processes to ensure all information exchanged with government is readily accessible.
  • Support proposal efforts by coordinating Element Level Engineering through RFPs and cost assessments.

What we're looking for

  • Proven ability to track project milestones and coordinate technical teams.
  • Experience coordinating across functional and programmatic boundaries.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software like Microsoft Project and Open Plan.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Proposal experience and development of Key Performance Indicators using Tableau or similar tools.
  • Active or current Secret clearance preferred.
  • Experience in Cost Account Management (CAM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
