What you'll do

Lead cross-functional planning projects from kickoff to execution.
Design and optimize scalable processes for demand, supply, and material planning.
Translate planning challenges into system requirements and partner with analytics teams.
Enable strategic decision-making by analyzing supply-demand imbalances and communicating trade-offs.
Monitor planning KPIs and drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve accuracy.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in inventory forecasting, supply planning, or inventory management in hardware manufacturing.
Track record of improving inventory forecast accuracy and enforcing accountability across the business.
Strong data analysis skills to identify and resolve systemic issues impacting inventory forecasts.
Deep familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
High ownership and strong cross-functional leadership experience in fast-scaling environments.
