Staff Enterprise Architect

What you'll do

• Translate business strategy into target-state architectures and actionable technology roadmaps.
• Lead architectural direction for business, foundational, and platform initiatives across multiple applications.
• Assess emerging technologies and platform options for technical fit, risk, and business value.
• Guide solution design and implementation while balancing security, reliability, scalability, and cost.
• Develop and maintain current-state and target-state architectures for assigned domains.
• Establish architectural standards and reference patterns through architecture reviews and implementation guidance.
• Drive architectural strategy for digital channels, including mobile applications and marketing technology.
• Lead integration strategies across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms to ensure consistent omnichannel experiences.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in a technology-related field, including prior lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of systems design and experience architecting and implementing large-scale enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and communicate complex technical decisions to executive audiences.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
• Advanced degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience modernizing complex application ecosystems, including platform consolidation and reduction of technical debt (preferred).
