What you'll do

Transform custom, segment-specific initiatives into modular, reusable enterprise capabilities.
Develop extensible frameworks, unified data schemas, and configurable systems to enable self-service product delivery.
Act as a technical lead by coding and delivering critical services across diverse codebases.
Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics like performance, scalability, and operability.
Mentor internal talent and foster a culture of engineering excellence through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Simplify and modernize backend architectures to accelerate the feature delivery lifecycle.
Create technical content including code samples and blog posts to share expertise internally and externally.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems architecture, or platform engineering.
4+ years of experience with API design, microservices architecture, and platform evolution in high availability environments.
7+ years of professional experience coding in languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Swift.
7+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of system development from conception through production support.
3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies.
