What you'll do

Define and execute the technical strategy for foundational platforms and the Customer Management engineering organization.

Lead the multi-year strategy to decommission legacy systems and migrate to a unified destination stack.
Establish and scale a hybrid SRE and Engineering Productivity function to improve operational excellence.
Develop GenAI tools and experimentation frameworks to enable non-technical partners to deliver products autonomously.
Mentor internal talent and serve as a technical authority by creating code samples, blog posts, and documentation.
Manage the end-to-end credit card customer lifecycle including real-time decisioning, offer management, and retention.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 9 years of experience in Software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 9 years of experience in Enterprise architecture and design patterns.
At least 9 years of experience with Javascript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages like Java, Python, Go, or Swift.
10+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of system development from conception through production support.
5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations of over 50 engineers.
3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies.
