What you'll do

Develop and execute the technical agenda for core credit capabilities and decisioning technology.
Perform hands-on full-stack coding across frontend, backend, data processing, and automation tasks.
Design and implement real-time, intelligent credit decisioning systems using predictive models and diverse data sources.
Own the customer acquisitions data ecosystem to improve analytics on consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Build platform primitives for real-time customer experience personalization and conversational finance management.
Mentor internal talent and serve as a technical authority by creating code samples and educational content.
Partner with product management to define roadmaps and translate product vision into technical reality.
Ensure high standards for non-functional system characteristics including performance, scalability, and operability.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
At least 9 years of experience in web technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
10+ years of professional experience in distributed systems architecture or platform engineering.
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Swift.
10+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of system development from conception through production support.
Experience with API design, microservices, real-time streaming dataflows, and high-availability environments.
