What you'll do

Architect and deploy cloud-native systems that ensure high scalability, resilience, and security for communication platforms.
Design event-driven workflows for rule evaluation, asynchronous processing, and cross-service integrations.

What we're looking for

8 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
2 or more years of experience in a technical leadership capacity such as architecture or multi-project leadership.
Deep expertise in Java 17+ (Java 21 preferred) and the Spring Boot 3.x ecosystem.
Demonstrated proficiency in AI-assisted software development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
Expert knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience building RESTful APIs and web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proven experience building scalable, resilient, and secure products that run reliably in production.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical influence across multiple teams.
