What you'll do

Develop and implement hardware and software solutions to ensure robust RF system performance.
Characterize desense caused by internal components like CPUs and displays or external interferers.
Trace root causes of interference using probes, shielding tests, grounding checks, and layout reviews.
Conduct rigorous lab and over-the-air testing for LTE, 5G, WiFi, GNSS, and Bluetooth systems.
Identify system performance bottlenecks caused by antenna issues, board design, or multi-radio operations.
Develop and execute coexistence test plans to validate performance against industry standards.
Create comprehensive technical documentation regarding RF systems and validation results.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in electrical, RF, and/or computer engineering.
Strong fundamentals in RF, antenna, EMI, EMC, and coexistence engineering.
Knowledge of wireless communication standards including WiFi, BT, BLE, GPS, 4G LTE, and 5G.
Proficiency with RF simulation and design tools such as CST Microwave Studio, Keysight ADS, or XFdtd.
Ability to operate RF and electrical test equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
Knowledge of board level design for desense, EMI minimization, signal integrity, and isolation.
Experience with high-speed digital interfaces such as MIPI CSI/DSI, PCIe, SDIO/eMMC, and UFS.
