What you'll do

  • Develop and implement RF desense solutions for hardware and software.
  • Conduct lab and OTA testing of RF systems to validate performance against standards.
  • Characterize desense caused by internal aggressors and external interferers.
  • Identify system performance bottlenecks due to antenna, RF board, assembly dependencies.
  • Execute coexistence test plans and generate validation reports.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in electrical, RF, and computer engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication standards including WiFi, BT, BLE, GPS, 4G LTE, 5G.
  • Proficiency with RF simulation/design tools such as CST Microwave Studio, Keysight ADS, XFdtd.
  • Expertise in board level design strategies for desense and EMI minimization.
  • Ability to conduct rigorous lab testing of RF systems and validate performance against industry standards.
  • Understanding of high-speed digital interfaces like MIPI CSI/DSI, PCIe, SDIO/eMMC, UFS.
  • Excellent process development and documentation skills.
