Staff Data Scientist, People Analytics & Insights

What you'll do

• Build predictive frameworks to forecast workforce trends and future organizational needs.
• Architect a unified workforce data model by pipelining data from disparate recruiting and performance systems.
• Use AI-native workflows to parse and summarize unstructured text like exit notes and survey feedback.
• Define and standardize the company-wide metrics dictionary and semantic layers for consistent reporting.
• Build frameworks for role-based access controls and data masking to protect sensitive personnel information.
• Redesign employee sentiment architecture to create a continuous, real-time organizational health listening framework.
• Act as the technical product owner for internal data interfaces and collaborate with Enterprise Engineering on delivery.
• Apply experimental design, A/B testing, and psychometric methodologies to ensure all workforce models are statistically valid.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of data science experience.
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL.
• Direct experience with modern data infrastructure like Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt.
• Experience defining user requirements and taking internal data tools from conception to launch.
• Deep understanding of statistics, experimental design, and psychometrics or survey methodology.
• Direct experience integrating language models into data pipelines to automate text processing and summarization at scale.
