What you'll do

Design and implement large-scale causal inference methodologies to measure incremental lift across advertising channels.
Develop event-grain incrementality models, such as Uplift DNNs, to power ads bidding optimization.
Define the science roadmap for incrementality and prioritize high-leverage measurement problems.
Establish evaluation frameworks, exit criteria, and solution readiness standards for causal inference methodologies.
Partner with engineers to design data pipelines and schemas that meet precision requirements at scale.
Author high-quality technical design documents and whitepapers for presentation to senior leadership.
Mentor senior and mid-level scientists on complex measurement and causal inference problems.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in a quantitative field and 3 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 7 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
PhD in Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
5+ years in data science or quantitative research (preferred).
Deep expertise in causal inference and incrementality-based optimization, including RCTs, PIE models, and uplift DNNs.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for large-scale data analysis and experience with distributed data platforms like Spark or BigQuery.
Experience in the ads industry (preferred).
