What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytics discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools, data warehousing platforms, spreadsheet software, SQL querying, and enterprise HR platforms.
  • Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise applying advanced statistical methods including regression, clustering, forecasting, and text analytics.
  • Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other emerging AI technologies applied to analytics (preferred).
