Staff Computer Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead and maintain operations of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with various engineering teams and end users.
• Architect and evaluate solutions for enterprise system enhancements, focusing on hardware, software, and system components.
• Engage with vendors to discuss, troubleshoot, and evaluate products and services, recommending optimal solutions.
• Oversee compliant backup and recovery services, manage file systems, and ensure security audit and logging for classified systems.
• Lead testing of new product releases to minimize user impact and document technical processes and procedures.
• Provide strategic mentorship and technical leadership to team members across different levels.
• Design and manage Windows domain architectures in classified environments, including Active Directory and GPOs.

What we're looking for

• Master’s Degree with 10 years or Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of relevant IT experience required
• Must hold Security+ certification or higher
• Current US Government Secret level clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• Extensive experience designing and managing Windows domain architectures in classified environments
• Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory, VMware, SAN storage systems, and Windows server management
