Preferred candidates have additional certifications like CAP, CASP+, CISM, or CISSP, as well as extensive experience in classified system accreditation and knowledge of tools such as ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, NIST, DIACAP, and RMF package development.

What you'll do

  • Assist in implementing government policy and recommend process tailoring for information systems.
  • Establish program control processes to mitigate risks and support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of systems.
  • Conduct security certification testing, document security procedures, and perform periodic audits on systems.
  • Coordinate investigations, research software and hardware introductions, and release new technologies securely.
  • Research emerging technology trends and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.

What we're looking for

  • Master’s degree with 3 years, Bachelor's with 5 years, Associate’s with 7 years, or High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience required.
  • Must hold Security+ certification or higher.
  • Requires current DOD Secret level security clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance necessary.
  • Preferred: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and SAP/SAR access.
  • Experience in Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and Risk Management Framework beneficial.
