The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions CIDO team is hiring a mid-level Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities at their Bacchus facility in Magna, UT. The role involves conducting system audits, continuous monitoring, and implementing government policies while ensuring compliance with strict program control processes for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of systems. Daily tasks include documenting A&A results, preparing Risk Management Framework evidence, and using security tools like ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP to maintain system integrity. Candidates should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, an IAM level I certification such as Security+, CND, or Cloud+, and a Top Secret clearance with a recent investigation. Preferred qualifications include cybersecurity compliance expertise under RMF, knowledge of security frameworks like NIST and JSIG, and SAP/SAR access for classified environments.
Conduct system audits and continuous monitoring activities to evaluate information systems security.
Implement government cybersecurity policies and recommend process tailoring for compliance.
Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes including documentation and testing.
Document results of A&A activities and prepare Risk Management Framework evidence.
Work within strict program control processes to mitigate risks in classified environments.
What we're looking for
Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant technical experience; or Bachelor's degree with 2 years; or Associate’s degree with 4 years; or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant technical experience required.
Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for IAM level I certification such as Security+, CND, Cloud+.
Active Top Secret security clearance completed within the last 6 years or enrolled in U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation Program.
Experience with information assurance, certification & accreditation, and cybersecurity in JSIG classified environments preferred.
Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance processes like Assessment & Authorization under RMF.
Familiarity with security tools including ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP.
Understanding of security frameworks and documentation such as NIST, JSIG, DAAG, SSPs, POA&Ms, and SCTMs.
