Core competencies include prompt engineering, vibe coding, and chain-of-thought design. What you'll do

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate full-stack software solutions owning features end-to-end.
Build and implement custom AI agents for task automation, decision support, and multi-step reasoning.
Integrate systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable structured context sharing between models and tools.
Integrate applications with internal and external AI services including LLMs, embeddings, and RAG systems.
Harden AI components for 24x7 critical manufacturing systems focusing on reliability, security, and latency.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and test creation while refining outputs for production.
Translate business requirements into scalable software architectures and perform requirements gathering for software domains.

What we're looking for

Strong foundation in full stack software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, clean code, and testing strategies.
Proven experience building and operating production-grade backend or full-stack systems with API design and data persistence.
Experience working in cloud-native environments, including CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and modern operational practices.
Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Angular, RESTful APIs, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
Experience designing and implementing Custom AI agents, including prompt engineering, vibe coding, and chain-of-thought design.
Experience integrating systems using MCP or equivalent structured agent/tool interfaces and integrating RAG-based systems.
Ability to design scalable system architectures with tradeoffs across performance, reliability, security, and developer productivity.
Experience applying AI-enabled development practices to accelerate engineering workflows (preferred).
